OHCHR Cambodia produces Khmer translations of certain key human rights instruments and other United Nations publications. These publications can be ordered, free of charge, from our Phnom Penh office. Please click here for the ordering form, and email the completed form to publicationcambodia@ohchr.org. These publications are also available to download electronically, by clicking on the images below on this page. You are welcome to come and view these and other publications at our Resource Centre, #10 Street 302, Sangkat Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, every Friday from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. We can also provide current OHCHR publications from Geneva in the official languages of the United Nations (English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Arabic).
