The suspension NGOs starts to blast its suspension

Through Phnom Penh Post issued today (Sept 20, 2011) mentioned that Sammakun Teang Tnaut (SST) called the authorities to "promptly and unconditionally" to it to return its work monitoring the rehabilitation of the country's railways...Please link here to see the newspaper today
