Yesterday, July 9, 2013, U.S. House of Committee on Foreign Affairs Subcommittee
on Asia and the Pacific opened the hearing about the donation for Cambodian government. The below is the witness from local and international organization who were testified by the committee regarding the human rights situation in Cambodia.
