Dear all,
The second draft of NGO law were released by Ministry of Interior yesterday through Cooperation Committee for Cambodia.
The text stays the same, except the scope of application of this law. This law does not apply to what they call "mass organizations, which are established at the local levels not in accordance with the requirements of this Law and which conduct activities that are consistent with various laws in order to help each other."
